Bio:

LordSphere was born at the end of 2005, created by Cristian Parras and Laura Tutusaus.

During the first year they were working on the 8 songs that Cristian had previously wrote. Working together, they worked with Laura Tutusaus' melodic voice and finalised the lyrics. The concept for all the material is conceptual. The work outlines a fictional character loosing his grip on reality. Then, the basis of the project was all go and working. The band commenced rehearsing, auditioning for other members and publising themselves on various web pages.

During summer 2006 they recorded the first self-financed demo called “When the mindshunter live into the path of confusion”. In 2006 Luis Fontes joined the band as a drummer and Ricard on bass. They start playing on small Barcelona concert rooms. Their pinnicale concert to date was to play the 5th Metal Circus Fest.

In December 2006 they Studio recorded a promotional EP comprising 4 songs and was self titled LordSphere.

Ricard left the band in June 2007.

In summer 2007 Ant from the UK joined the band and at the same time they signed contract with BLPro label.

From July to November 2007 the band was completly working on their first LP.

The album will be on stores December 2007. The album is called “Aura of Prison”. It is composed of 8 songs, with lots of surprises for the various genres of gothic, progressive metal.

Nowdays, Ant is building the new LordSphere web page.

LordSphere has enjoyed other drummers and bassists and live dates for the past two years. These talented musicians have included, Dani “Bass”, Dani “Drums”, and Ricard.

Press Release:

LordSphere ……….. Debut Album ……………… BLPro Label.

LordSphere: Debut Album “Aura Of Prison”

Released on the BLPro Label on January 15, 2008

“Comprised of four musicians... LordSphere possesses the strength of a heavy metal reminiscent of Dream Theatre and Symphony X, combined with unexpected melodies.”

………… Metal Hammer Spain ………….

LordSphere are set to release their long awaited debut album “Aura of Prison” on the BLPro label on January 15, 2008.

Featuring the re-mastered single ‘Alone', that appeared on Volume 18 of Sinister Music's, this is one of the most eagerly awaited progressive, gothic metal albums from the BLPro Label.

Fronted by Lau Tutusaus, the group's heavy progressive melodies and styles surprisingly compliment her ethereal and operatic vocal manner.

The album's sound is as varied and deep as the concept material inspiring the album. The album's stand out moments includes the heavy edged ‘Alone', the symphonic, ‘Watermind' and epic ballad, ‘Eyes of Death'.

The four piece band from Barcelona have been producing a series of demos over the past two years. Signed in Summer 2007 to BLPro, they completed the album just before Hallowe'en 2007. In June they supported Amon Amarth at The Metal Circus 2007 in Barcelona Spain.

‘Aura of Prison' comes in at nearly 60 minutes, containing the re-mastered single ‘Alone' and demo tracks, ‘Watermind', ‘The Truth', and ‘Eyes of Death'.
