Your Short Url is created when your account is "Activated".

Auto-renewal Rates
All fees are charged in U.S. dollars. As long as you remain a continuous musicSUBMIT.com subscriber, your subscription will be renewed automatically each month. This will ensure uninterrupted access to your subscription.
