How to use Kazzaa to your advantage!

You'll notice in the last example we included this: "SoundLike_ArtistName" or for example:

"TrevorLyman_MiamiFL_Believe_ SoundsLike_The Gin Blossoms.mp3"

Basically this becomes another way to say "I sound like the Gin Blossoms". Why do this? This lets your MP3 file show up in the results of Kazaa (and other file sharing programs) for the major label artists you sound like. People go to Kazzaa to find music they already know, but there is nothing wrong with letting them know about additional alternatives they might like.

You can take one song and make tens of copies of it only changing the name of the artist you sound like. Then just share them on Kazaa! After a while your song could reach hundreds or even thousands of new listeners as hundred and even thousands of people start sharing your songs online! Because you have your band name and location in the file name these new listeners will be able to find you if they like your music!

It only takes a moment to do and it can bring you terrific results. So do it now!
