XM - Sirius Merger
Imminent?
The two satellite radio services, XM
Radio and Sirius Radio, had proposed a merger
between the two companies in February 2007. Until
recently, the merger had been blocked by government
regulators. Now it appears the merger will go
thru, resulting in less choice for consumers (but
more profit for the combined entity).
